Pit Bike Powersports ( PBP ) is dedicated to provide quality service to all of our customers. We strive to provide the current information available. However, we are not responsible for any typographical or photographical errors published online. PBP reserves the right to alter, amend any and all terms published online, adjust or change any specification and price without prior notice.
Please remember that not all colors & bikes are available at all times. Please have a secondary choice & color option in mind if this happens. If we cannot fill your order, PBP will call or email you to see if any other options are available.

Pitbikepowersports is not just a website. We have a warehouse and shop located in Phoenix Arizona. PBP is affiliated with the Toy Shop.
If you have your new pitbike , parts delivered in Arizona or will called to the warehouse in Arizona, 8.1% sales tax will be added to all orders.
Liability Policy :
All of the products listed on this website are designed for recreational purposes. Any of these products have inherent dangers upon usage. Purchasers should ride at their own risk. PBP assumes no responsibility and will not be liable for any property or personal losses, damages, and or injuries due to direct ( malfunctions ) or indirect ( incidental ) use of these products. Adult guardian assumes full responsibility associated with the use of these products for minors. PBP makes no representations of any kind regarding the legal operations of these products.
PBP makes no implied agreements or warranties; there are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. PBP shall not be responsible for the payment of damages, for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits, or income to the customer as a result of a failure of any component or part.

Return Policy :
Customer service is very important to PBP. We want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. A majority of our business is referral and repeat. Instead of allowing returns on our product, we will do what it takes ( within reason deemed by PBP ) to make the product function and operate as the manufacture intended it to.
Product Warranty :
PBP warranties the products we sell to be free from manufactures defects . All of our bikes come with a 30 day manufacture/ importer parts warranty from date of purchase. This warranty will cover a “parts only” and will not cover any labor or any other loss due to the defective part. We will replace any part that is deemed defective, free of charge. Certain restrictions apply.
Manufactures warranty does not cover consumer abuse, neglect, ignorance, damages caused by shipping or handling. Manufacture warranty does not cover items to be considered as standard wear and tear items. The following is a list of items not covered by the product warranty policy;
Air Filters, Fuel Filters, Forks, Shocks, Cables, Shocks, Belts, Mirrors, Batteries, Chains, Tires, Spark Plugs, Seats, Plastic Body Parts, Levers, Lights, Brakes Pads or Shoes, Clutch, Hoses
We reserve the right to determine what damage , if any, is due to the defective part and what is due to product abuse and misuse. This warranty is only in effect if the product is used under normal conditions for the products intended use. The product must have all necessary maintenance and care per the manufactures requirements. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non- transferable.
Shipping Policy :
Terminal shipping is included with most products (unless noted otherwise) Flat rate ground shipping on all parts orders of only $5.00. We ship to the lower 48 states only. Products ship from our Phoenix warehouse or from the west coast. Most products ship standard trucking. Parts are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL depending on destination. Transit times could take up to 9 days depending on location. Once the item is picked up, a tracking number will be issued and will be relayed to customer. Any questions regarding tracking can be handled through PBPPARTS@yahoo.com or by calling 602-488-4363.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with products that they purchase. Some products will have special pricing with basic shipping included( All parts orders will have shipping added to total order). If order is shipped to a trucking terminal, the customer is responsible to pick up item within 48 hours of notification. If a business location is chosen, customer is responsible to have a loading dock or forklift available to unload the product. If a residential location, customer could be charged possible added costs and customer is responsible to have enough manpower to unload product. Residential delivery is curb-side only. The driver may assist but is under no obligation to do so. If customer is unable to unload at time of delivery, trucking company will return it to the terminal for customer pick up. Lift gate are available for an extra cost to customer. If customer refuses delivery and product is returned to PBP, a minimum 30% restocking fee will be assessed to customer. Some products with Dealer Boundaries must be picked up at our shop.
Shipping Damage :
If your item is damaged during shipping, take receipt of the item, make notes on bill of lading from trucking company and notify us immediately of the damage. Digital pictures are required to be forwarded to PBPPARTS@yahoo.com immediately to assess damage. You can also call 602-488-4363 during normal business hours. (PST) If fuel and oil is added, then item cannot be returned. All original shipping crates and metal frames must be kept. We will send, at our discretion, replacement parts to customer as soon as possible. If customer refuses delivery and product is returned to PBP, a minimum 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
Set-up & parts :
It is customers responsibility to set up the product ordered. Upon receiving and assembling your product you will need to check all nuts, bolts, fasteners, screws, cables and chains for proper adjustment and tightness. Most products ship with oil in it. The oil should be changed after 10 hours of half throttle brake in.
We generally have most parts available at our warehouse for the products we offer on this website. We strive to have every part but at times we are out and have to wait for the manufacture to ship our parts order. This could take up to 3-5 weeks. We will do everything possible to fill parts orders, even if we have to take a bike out of the showroom and remove parts to fill the order.
